Derma Baltics (the "Company", "we", "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Contact: Beautylasersbaltics@gmail.com. We supply professional aesthetic medical devices — the OMEGA EMS, OMEGA Gold, and OMEGA Titanium product lines.

When you submit our contact or quotation form we collect: full name, clinic / practice name, email address, phone number (optional), device of interest, and inquiry notes. We do not collect payment card data or government-issued ID numbers.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to: (a) respond to your inquiry and provide requested pricing or demonstration information; (b) follow up on submitted quotation requests; (c) fulfil contractual obligations if a purchase agreement is made. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) given via the consent checkbox on our contact form, and/or on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) to respond to business inquiries. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Where a commercial relationship exists, data may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations.

As a data subject in the EU/EEA you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; and to object to processing.
